Sub-processors
Transparency by default. These are the vetted vendors that help us run Atlas. Each is bound by data-protection terms at least as strict as our own DPA. We engage them only to deliver the Services — never to sell your data.
Current sub-processors
| Provider | Purpose | Data it may process | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anthropic | AI model that powers Atlas's drafting and reasoning | Message and task content sent for a given request | USA |
| Twilio | SMS and voice delivery | Phone numbers, message content, call metadata | USA |
| Google (Workspace / Gmail / Sheets / Calendar APIs) | Email send/read, spreadsheet data, scheduling — connected by you via OAuth | Contact data, message content, job/estimate records, calendar events | USA |
| Railway | Application hosting and managed database | All Atlas application data at rest | USA |
| Vercel | Website hosting (lilesautomation.com) | Site visitor request data and server logs | USA |
| Stripe | Billing and payment processing | Client billing contact and payment details (card data handled by Stripe directly) | USA |
Conditional sub-processors
The following may be engaged only for clients who use the related feature:
| Provider | Purpose | When used | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Composio | Encrypted vault and connectors for third-party integrations (e.g., your CRM) | Only if you connect an integration through Composio | USA |
| Voice platform (e.g., Retell / Vapi) | Real-time voice agent for inbound/outbound calls | Only if you add the Voice Agent | USA |
Changes
We will update this page before adding or replacing a sub-processor that handles Client Personal Data, and active clients may subscribe to change notices by emailing eric@lilesautomation.com. Clients may object to a new sub-processor on legitimate data-protection grounds as described in our DPA.
